Integrated Development was hired at the outset when only a conceptual hand drawn elevation was shown and worked with the client to develop final house plans along with all site, septic and landscape plans. The project is on a scenic road in Weston which required planning board approval as well as conservation order of conditions due to a wetland at the lower end of the site.

Additionally with the challenging site due to ledge restrictions, the septic system was carefully engineered using alternative technology and approved by the board of health. Integrated performed all design and engineering and worked closely with the town and its boards to obtain all approvals and ultimately the building permit in late July 2025. Construction began shortly thereafter and will be completed in April of 2026.
